Job Description
We are recruiting a B2B Sales Lead for a reputable and fast-growing digital payment solution provider to drive merchant acquisition (POS) which is used by businesses to accept and manage transactions.
Job Location: Kumasi (Accra is also available)

- Experience onboarding merchants, agents, or businesses
- Strong B2B sales track record
Job Overview
The Sales / Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s merchant base. This role combines sales execution with long-term market development, ensuring sustainable business growth.
The individual will lead efforts to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also play a critical role in shaping sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and positioning the company competitively.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth through the acquisition and management of new merchants and will have demonstrated sales experience from insurance, banking, technology or related field.
Responsibilities
Aggressively recruit and onboard merchants to use our POS devices and services
Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the target market
Identify business opportunities and growth drivers
Build successful relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining and improving on existing client relationships
Achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets in line with company objective
Collaborate with other team members to ensure quick and efficient service delivery and to maximize business reach and potential
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development and/or Sales Management and Marketing
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Basic understanding of industry
Strong interpersonal skills
Talented negotiator
Location
The position is located in Accra and Kumasi. Candidates must be resident in the selected locations.
Salary and Compensation
Monthly basic salary + generous commission that may net to about 7K or more, based on performance.
