Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team. You will prepare and serve beverages, engage guests, and create a warm, energetic, and welcoming bar experience that complements our authentic Jamaican brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards
• Engage customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements

• Diploma, HND, or Degree in a relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented
