Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Basketball Coach to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will create a positive and welcoming environment for athletes and fellow coaches while delivering high-quality training sessions that promote skill development and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured basketball training sessions for athletes of varying skill levels
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating environment for players and coaching staff
• Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Develop training programs focused on technical, tactical, and physical growth
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among athletes
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure consistency in training standards
• Maintain a safe and organized training environment
• Represent the academy professionally during games, events, and competitions

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field
• Certification in basketball coaching or a related discipline is an added advantage
• Proven experience in coaching basketball, preferably at youth or academy level
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
