Job Purpose

The BTL Projects Manager leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of below-the-line marketing projects. The role drives brand visibility, ensures flawless project delivery, and aligns BTL initiatives with overall brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute BTL marketing campaigns and activation projects

• Translate brand and marketing strategies into effective on-ground executions

• Coordinate internal teams, agencies, vendors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-project evaluation reports

• Ensure brand consistency across all BTL activities

• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in project execution

• Manage risks and resolve project issues proactively

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management and strategic planning

• Proven experience managing BTL campaigns, activations, or experiential marketing projects
