Job Summary

The Business Development Executive drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within the experiential marketing and event management space. This role suits a proactive professional with strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with company objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver client solutions

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities

  • Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to contract closure

  • Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing and event projects

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular business development reports

Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field

  • 4–5 years’ experience in experiential marketing and/or event management

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
