Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive drives agency growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in experiential marketing and event-led campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key market segments

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients

  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners

  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to deliver winning solutions

  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client insights

  • Support experiential marketing and event-led projects from a commercial perspective

  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets


Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field

  • 4–5 years’ experience in experiential marketing, event management, or agency business development

  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution focus

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • High level of initiative, accountability, and professionalism

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
