Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive drives agency growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in experiential marketing and event-led campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key market segments
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to deliver winning solutions
Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client insights
Support experiential marketing and event-led projects from a commercial perspective
Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
Educational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
4–5 years’ experience in experiential marketing, event management, or agency business development
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strategic mindset with strong execution focus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
High level of initiative, accountability, and professionalism
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
