Role Overview

Oduma Solutions Ltd. seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and strengthen our market presence. This role suits a proactive professional who builds strong client relationships, drives revenue growth, and identifies new business opportunities within the IT sector. The successful candidate must be based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities within the IT solutions market.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contracts.

  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

  • Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management.

  • Represent Oduma Solutions Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in IT sales and marketing, with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • In-depth understanding of the IT solutions market and customer buying behavior.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented environment.
