Job Summary

The Business Development Officer actively identifies growth opportunities, builds strong client relationships, and drives revenue expansion. The successful candidate plays a strategic role in expanding the company’s market presence while supporting long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports

• Use IT tools and social media platforms to support business growth and lead generation

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets

• Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking engagements

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in business development or a related role

• Strong IT skills with the ability to use digital tools effectively

• Social media–inclined with experience in online business engagement

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Must currently reside in Accra

• Available to work full-time
