Key Responsibilities
Business Growth and Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support organizational growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand NABS Group’s presence across target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Promote the company’s recruitment and travel services to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Applicant Sourcing and Recruitment Drive
- Lead grassroots recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates for local and international opportunities.
- Source, engage, and mobilize applicants across skilled and semi-skilled categories.
- Organize community outreach activities, information sessions, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
Local Partnerships and Network Development
- Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, educational institutions, training centers, associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships that support recruitment objectives and business expansion.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, career fairs, and community engagements.
Reporting and Market Intelligence
- Monitor market activities, competitor trends, and recruitment developments.
- Prepare regular business development and recruitment performance reports.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partnerships, and applicant engagement efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in field sales, community outreach, mass recruitment, or business development within Ghana.
- Proven ability to reach grassroots populations and mobilize applicants across skilled workforce categories.
- Demonstrated experience working with a private employment agency, recruitment firm, NGO, or related organization.
- Strong knowledge of community engagement and applicant sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in one or more local languages or dialects, including Twi, Ga, Hausa, or others.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
