Role Overview

JD Link Oil seeks a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer who will drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, support retail operations, and contribute directly to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Support daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Promote company products and services to existing and potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Prepare basic reports on sales performance and customer engagement

Requirements

• Hold WASSCE, HND, or a Degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrate experience in retail operations or sales
• Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
• Show strong negotiation and customer service abilities
• Work independently and take initiative to achieve results
• Reside in or near Tema (Santeo-Adjei Kojo area)
