Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business & Partnerships Lead to drive growth initiatives, cultivate high-value partnerships, and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and execute partnership strategies that align with our organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and partnership strategy aligned with company goals.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities and strategic alliances.

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

  • Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial assessments to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients and partners.

  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership.

  • Represent the firm at industry events, meetings, and networking engagements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or consulting.

  • Demonstrated ability to originate and close business opportunities.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
