Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality and hygiene
- Lead, train, and motivate cafe staff
- Manage inventory, sales activities, and supplier coordination
- Implement marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure efficient financial and operational performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage / Food Service
- Basic sales and financial management knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Experience in staff training and team management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
