Customer Support Representative (Neutral / American-Style Accent)

About the Role

We are recruiting high-quality customer support professionals to serve US-based clients through a growing international outsourcing partnership.

This role requires excellent spoken English, clear articulation, and the ability to communicate confidently with American customers over phone and video channels.

Candidates will undergo a voice and video screening as part of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US-based clients

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers

• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently

• Follow scripts, SOPs, and quality assurance guidelines

• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records

• Work collaboratively with supervisors to meet performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or American-style accent (mandatory)

• Clear pronunciation, proper pacing, and strong listening skills

• Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)

• Ability to engage customers professionally over phone and video

• Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, email, call systems)

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Experience Level

• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in:

  • Call center operations

  • Customer support / customer success

  • International client-facing roles (US, UK, or Canada preferred)

• On-site work at a dedicated office facility in Spintex, Accra

Screening & Selection Process
