Job Summary

Bayview Village is seeking a professional and customer-focused Cashier to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will manage transactions accurately, provide outstanding service, and contribute to a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently and accurately
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and complaints in line with company policies
• Reconcile cash registers at the start and end of shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
• Follow all financial and safety procedures to minimize errors and risks
• Support management with daily reporting and record-keeping

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
