Job Summary

Chino TopTech Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV & Access Control Technician to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining surveillance and access control systems for both residential and commercial clients across Accra and Tema.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems (IP and analog)
• Set up and manage access control systems (biometric, card-based, and keypad systems)
• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of security systems
• Run cabling, mounting equipment, and ensure proper system integration
• Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage
• Maintain accurate service records and installation documentation
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in CCTV and access control system installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of networking basics (IP addressing, routers, switches)
• Familiarity with security system brands and software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Minimum of HND or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics or related field
• Must be based in or willing to work within Accra and Tema

Preferred Skills

• Experience with remote monitoring systems and mobile integrations
• Knowledge of fiber optic cabling is an advantage
• Certification in security systems installation is a plus
