Position Overview
The Centre Channel Lead will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Centre Channel, ensuring high-quality service delivery, commercial sustainability, and operational excellence across all Centres.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for centre operations to achieve service delivery and revenue targets.
Develop and implement operational plans that enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage centre teams to drive performance and accountability.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to ensure commercial sustainability.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and organizational policies.
Strengthen partnerships and stakeholder engagement to enhance service delivery and brand positioning.
Analyze operational and financial data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of client-centered care, ethical practice, and operational excellence.
Educational Requirements & Experience
Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline will also be considered.
5–8 years of relevant post-graduate experience in leadership, healthcare operations, or commercial management.
Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving operational performance in a healthcare or service-delivery environment.
