Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with budgeting and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Support internal and external audits
• Process payroll and related tax filings (if applicable)
• Monitor cash flow and recommend financial improvements
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification (preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience (adjust based on level)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
