Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and guide the company’s financial direction. You will actively oversee financial planning, risk management, investment strategies, and corporate financial governance.

You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure strong financial performance, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company’s financial planning and strategic direction.
• Perform risk management by analyzing liabilities, investments, and financial exposure.
• Develop and execute investment strategies considering cash flow and liquidity risks.
• Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Ensure optimal cash flow to support business operations.
• Supervise and lead all finance personnel, including controllers and treasurers.
• Manage vendor and financial partner relationships.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Oversee implementation and management of financial IT systems.
• Ensure full compliance with financial laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, including analysts and controllers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical proficiency.
• CPA qualification is a strong advantage.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MSc/MBA is an added advantage).
