Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive digital innovation across the organization. You will shape and execute the company’s technological vision, oversee system architecture, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms.

You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, aligning technology initiatives with business goals while building and mentoring a high-performing technical team.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Define and execute the company’s overall technology strategy and roadmap.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable digital platforms and systems.

• Oversee software architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance.

• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering and IT teams.

• Drive innovation in digital learning solutions and emerging technologies.

• Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and risk mitigation.

• Align technology investments with business objectives and growth strategy.

• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

• Advise the executive team on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Establish best practices in software development, agile delivery, and IT governance.

Educational Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (required).

Experience & Competencies

You must demonstrate:

• A minimum of 8+ years of senior technology leadership experience.

• Proven experience in EdTech, online learning platforms, or digital education environments (highly desirable).

• Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to scale technology operations in a growth-oriented organization.

• Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• High levels of integrity, accountability, and leadership presence.
