Position Summary

KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable Chinese Translator to support effective communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking teams. The successful candidate will actively provide accurate translation and interpretation services to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate spoken and written communication between Chinese and English accurately and professionally

• Support communication during meetings, training sessions, production activities, and site operations

• Translate documents, reports, manuals, and work instructions as required

• Assist management and technical teams with clear cross-cultural communication

• Support smooth coordination between local and expatriate staff

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translation activities

• Adapt translations to suit technical, operational, and workplace contexts

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School education

• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• High level of professionalism, reliability, and cultural sensitivity

• Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, which may include weekends or rotational schedules depending on production demands
