TWYFORD International is seeking a highly skilled Chinese Translator to join its production team in Takoradi. This role provides a unique opportunity to bridge communication between Chinese and English-speaking staff while supporting the operational success of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Factory Line Manager in supervising and coordinating production line staff.

• Translate and interpret between Chinese and English to ensure clear communication across all production activities.

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets efficiently.

• Prepare, maintain, and update production documents, records, and reports.

• Support the implementation and adherence to production, quality, and safety standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Factory Line Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) education.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).

• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.

• Ability to operate basic computer software and office tools.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 12-hour shifts; may include weekends or rotation schedules depending on production demand.
