JOB PURPOSE

To maintain excellent relationship with the Pentecostal Churches, LCC, and BAM Clubs. To implement strategies and policies to raise and maintain new members across country and to assist in fundraising campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong relationship with Ministers, lay leaders and members of the Pentecostal Churches and act as a liaison between the churches and the Society to facilitate open communication and ensure a mutual working relationship.
• Coordinate the celebration of Bible Week across the Pentecostal churches and manage the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers and BSG Church Representatives.
• Mobilize resources to ensure BSG’s self-sustainability, research and secure funding or grants, and implement donor recognition and stewardship programs.
• Collaborate with church leadership to implement strategies and initiatives to attract new members and to provide support to enhance member retention and satisfaction.
• Keep an effective record system on donations/pledges and update members/donors periodically; and follow up on donations/pledges to ensure that all are redeemed.
• Implement strategies to ensure retention and attract new members to BSG all the time and ensure maintenance of accurate donor and member records.

QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES

• A relevant university degree in Communication, Human Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• A passion and deep commitment for the spreading of the word of God.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills including tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to secure funding and support for the organization’s mission and vision.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks, manage a busy workload, work quickly and deliver to deadlines.
• Must be a good Christian and consummate Protestant of high repute with excellent connections in the Pentecostal Churches.
• Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be a go-getter and have grit.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
