As part of our commitment to developing young engineering professionals, we are seeking motivated and dedicated graduates to join our team as Civil Engineering National Service Personnel. This opportunity provides practical exposure to industrial operations, construction activities, project management, and engineering practices within a leading manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Support the Civil Engineering team in planning, monitoring, and executing construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in inspecting civil structures, buildings, roads, foundations, and other plant facilities to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, project documentation, drawings, and maintenance records.
• Assist with project supervision, contractor coordination, and monitoring of construction activities.
• Participate in measurements, site assessments, material evaluations, and quality control inspections.
• Support the implementation of preventive maintenance activities for civil infrastructure and facilities.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and provide timely updates to the supervising team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements during all activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to support efficient plant operations.
• Perform other civil engineering-related duties assigned by the team.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized accredited institution.
• Eligibility to undertake the National Service programme for the 2026/2027 service year.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and project management processes.
• Understanding of structural analysis, materials, surveying, and infrastructure maintenance will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to an industrial working environment.
