We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Facilitator. 

Role Overview

The Classroom Facilitator plays a vital role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting learners’ academic and social development, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. The role requires enthusiasm for teaching, patience, and a strong commitment to child development.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective teaching and learning activities in line with the school curriculum

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

• Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development

• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom resources

• Assess and monitor pupils’ progress and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior

• Collaborate with other teachers and school management

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians when required

• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs

  Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  Applicants should demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant teaching qualification, Diploma, or Degree in Education or a related field

  • Experience working with children in a classroom or learning environment

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Passion for teaching and child development

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • High level of patience, creativity, and professionalism

    Residency Requirement

    • Applicants must be residing in Kwabenya, Accra, or nearby environs, as proximity is essential for daily school activities.
