Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, high-quality service delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

  • Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and communications initiatives.

  • Support account managers in planning, executing, and tracking client campaigns.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client updates as needed.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to account growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in client services, account management, or PR/communications is highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
