Position Summary
The Client Services & Listings Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients while maintaining accurate property listings and supporting CRM-driven administrative tasks. This hands-on role combines front-facing client engagement with practical operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Support negotiations and service delivery for property transactions.
Maintain and update property listings accurately in the CRM system (Property base experience is an advantage).
Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Manage front-office administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
Multitask effectively between reception duties, CRM management, and client interactions.
Educational and Professional Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence interacting with clients in person and over the phone.
Basic negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM systems; familiarity with Property base is advantageous.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Background:
Experience in real estate, hospitality, client services, or front-office roles.
Familiarity with property listings, client follow-ups, or sales support.
Comfortable working in a structured, professional environment.
