Role Overview

Skynet Express Gh is seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Site Coordinator to manage on-site distribution operations at client locations. This role requires strong leadership, supply chain expertise, and the ability to ensure efficient warehouse and distribution processes while maintaining strict compliance standards, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily on-site distribution and warehouse operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Skynet Express Gh and client representatives

• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Supervise, train, and manage on-site operational staff

• Monitor inventory movement, dispatch, and delivery performance

• Prepare and submit operational reports and performance updates

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client-specific service level agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in warehouse distribution, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector

• At least three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory or coordination role

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and compliance standards

• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
