Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Client Success Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of client accounts. The successful candidate will take ownership of client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery while leading a team of Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Ownership & Growth
- Take full ownership of the performance, health, and growth of your client portfolio.
- Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) across accounts through renewals and expansions.
- Identify and execute opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase account value.
- Forecast hiring demand and align delivery strategies accordingly.
- Monitor account performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead renewal and expansion discussions with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Strategic Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients within your portfolio.
- Lead high-level strategic conversations with founders and senior executives.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance and align on future goals.
- Align hiring strategies with client budgets, growth plans, and operational priorities.
- Position the company as a trusted, long-term hiring partner.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 Account Managers (Hiring Experts).
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor team output regularly.
- Review account health and performance metrics on a weekly basis.
- Provide coaching on complex client situations and support escalations when necessary.
- Develop team members’ capabilities and prepare them for more senior roles.
Skills & Experience
- 6–8+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or agency environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and drive portfolio growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with sound business judgment.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Experience leading and developing client-facing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Sustained growth in portfolio revenue and account value.
- High levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Predictable and well-forecasted hiring demand across accounts.
- Continuous development and performance improvement of Account Managers.
