Job Summary

UPL Limited seeks a motivated and results-driven Cocoa Officer to support cocoa-focused sales, field marketing, and farmer engagement activities in Ghana. The successful candidate will actively promote UPL’s agricultural input solutions, support brand visibility, and strengthen relationships with cocoa farmers and key stakeholders, while contributing to a welcoming and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote UPL cocoa products and solutions through field demonstrations, farmer engagements, and extension activities.

• Support the implementation of regional sales and marketing strategies for cocoa-related products.

• Conduct field visits to cocoa farms to provide product information, technical guidance, and after-sales support.

• Assist in planning and executing product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, cooperatives, and other value chain partners.

• Collect market intelligence, farmer feedback, and competitor information to support decision-making.

• Prepare regular reports on field activities, sales performance, and campaign outcomes.

• Collaborate with the Regional Sales team to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.

• Represent UPL professionally and consistently across all field and stakeholder engagements.

  Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years experience in agricultural input promotion, field marketing, or cocoa extension services.

  • Experience supporting product launches or brand campaigns is an added advantage.
