Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Construction Engineer to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will oversee construction processes, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, safety, and excellence across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Review project plans and specifications to guarantee accuracy and feasibility
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to management
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to optimize construction processes
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in construction or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
