Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will create a well-coordinated and efficient construction environment while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion
• Oversee site operations and ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and specifications
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with construction standards and regulations
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly on-site
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management
• Ensure all construction activities align with health, safety, and environmental standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction project management
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CIOB are required
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
• Strong communication and reporting skills
