We are building a welcoming, performance-driven environment and are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

Job Purpose

The Construction Project Manager plans, leads, and delivers construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role drives project profitability, strengthens client relationships, supports business growth, and develops high-performing project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from preconstruction through close-out

• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives

• Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with construction standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations

• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address risks and changes

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and value-added constructability practices

• Manage change orders, field reports, progress reports, and project documentation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and joint venture partners

• Ensure project profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction

• Mentor, coach, and develop project team members while delegating responsibilities effectively

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

• 5–10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in Project Management roles

• Proven experience managing civil and industrial construction projects

• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, processes, and project delivery systems

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value projects

• Experience working in joint venture environments during both preconstruction and construction phases

• Proven ability to deliver profitable projects, retain clients, and support business growth

• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to influence, mentor, and coach teams

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with professional proficiency in English

• High adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-changing environments

Technical & Systems Proficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Sage, and finance software

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and related collaboration tools
