Job Summary

Zijin Golden Ridge Ltd seeks a highly skilled and proactive Control Systems Technical Specialist to support automation and control systems within our gold processing operations. The successful candidate will actively maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize control systems to ensure reliable plant performance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for control systems and automation in the gold processing plant

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize control and monitoring systems

• Implement, configure, and maintain SCADA/HMI systems and controllers

• Ensure reliable communication using Modbus or other industrial protocols

• Support system integration and upgrades within PCS7/TIA Portal, Rockwell ControlLogix/PlantPAx, or similar platforms

• Apply cybersecurity awareness for Operational Technology (OT) systems

• Collaborate with technical teams to improve process performance and reliability

• Document control system configurations, changes, and maintenance activities

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in control systems and automation in a gold processing or heavy industry environment

• Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

  • Citect SCADA/HMI systems

  • E300 Controllers

  • Modbus Communication Protocol

  • Siemens PCS7/TIA Portal

  • Rockwell ControlLogix/PlantPAx

• Awareness of cybersecurity requirements for OT systems

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
