Role Overview

The Cook actively prepares high-quality meals in line with the restaurant’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. This role suits dedicated culinary professionals who take pride in food preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards

• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and consistent manner

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times

• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation

• Assist with food storage, stock rotation, and basic inventory management

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to support smooth operations

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years’ experience working in a restaurant or hotel kitchen

• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills

• Passion for cooking and commitment to quality and hygiene
