Job Summary

MTN Ghana seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Digital Business to support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital initiatives that drive innovation, customer experience, and business growth. The role requires a digitally savvy professional who thrives in collaborative environments and contributes effectively to agile digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital business initiatives and support end-to-end execution of digital projects

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions

• Support agile workflows, sprint planning, and backlog management where applicable

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics

• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve digital products, platforms, and processes

• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders

• Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with MTN Ghana’s strategic objectives

• Stay informed on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Certification or professional knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies is an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a digital organization such as a startup, fintech, marketing agency, or similar environment

• Demonstrated experience supporting digital projects or platforms

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and technology-driven business models

• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
