We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Enterprise Business team as Coordinator, Enterprise Bid and Contract Support.

Job Summary

As the Coordinator, Enterprise Bid and Contract Support, you will coordinate the end-to-end management of enterprise bids and customer contracts to ensure every submission is compliant, commercially competitive, and delivered on time. You will oversee bid administration, contract lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and governance processes while supporting MTN Ghana’s Enterprise Business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Coordination and Proposal Management

  • Coordinate the end-to-end response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and unsolicited proposals from enterprise customers, government institutions, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
  • Receive, evaluate, and maintain an accurate pipeline of all bid opportunities.
  • Develop bid plans and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Technical teams.
  • Consolidate technical, commercial, financial, and legal contributions into high-quality, compliant proposal documents.
  • Review bid submissions for accuracy, formatting, version control, pricing consistency, and alignment with MTN brand standards.
  • Verify that all mandatory submission requirements, including statutory documentation and certifications, are complete before submission.

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Manage customer and vendor contracts throughout their lifecycle using MTN’s contract management platform.
  • Monitor contract milestones and generate timely renewal, extension, or termination actions.
  • Coordinate contract renewal discussions with internal stakeholders to ensure pricing, service levels, and scope remain aligned with business objectives.
  • Support contract closure activities, including termination notices, decommissioning processes, and final financial reconciliation.

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Enterprise Business bid library, including approved company profiles, technical capability statements, case studies, certifications, and proposal templates.
  • Maintain standardized contract templates, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and supporting documentation.
  • Capture lessons learned from completed bids and recommend improvements that enhance future proposal quality and win rates.

NDA Administration

  • Coordinate the preparation, review, approval, execution, and filing of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with customers and vendors.
  • Monitor NDA validity periods and facilitate renewals where required.

Compliance, Risk and Governance

  • Ensure all bids and contracts comply with applicable procurement regulations, data protection laws, telecommunications regulations, and MTN Group policies.
  • Maintain a contract risk register highlighting commercial, legal, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate bid and contract documentation within required timelines.

Reporting and Performance Management

  • Prepare regular reports on bid activity, contract status, renewal schedules, win rates, turnaround times, and operational performance.
  • Develop dashboards that monitor proposal performance, contributor service levels, and contract management metrics.
  • Analyse bid outcomes and provide recommendations to improve future success rates and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers’ procurement teams on administrative and bid process matters.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal departments to improve collaboration and ensure timely delivery of proposals and contracts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen enterprise bid management and commercial governance.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Social Sciences, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Proposal Management (APMP), Procurement (CIPS), World Commerce & Contracting (formerly IACCM), Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2), Contract Law, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in bid coordination, proposal management, contract administration, procurement, commercial operations, or a related field.
  • Experience within the telecommunications, ICT, technology, or business-to-business (B2B) services sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex proposals and contracts while meeting demanding deadlines.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology and telecommunications solutions.
  • Knowledge of the complete bid and proposal management lifecycle.
  • Sound understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with Ghana’s procurement regulations and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of data protection, information security, and regulatory governance.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent proposal writing, document management, and contract administration skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
