Job Summary

The Creative / Digital Strategist drives the development and execution of innovative digital strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase audience engagement, and support business objectives. This role suits a creative thinker with strong digital marketing expertise who thrives in a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms

• Translate business and marketing goals into creative, data-driven digital campaigns

• Plan, manage, and optimize content strategies for social media, websites, email, and other digital channels

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements

• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns

• Research and apply current digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 2–3 years’ experience with an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
