Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Credit Analyst to evaluate credit applications, assess risks, and ensure informed lending decisions. The successful candidate will actively support branch operations by providing accurate credit analysis and promoting sound financial practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit applications to determine creditworthiness of clients.

• Assess financial statements, business plans, and other relevant documentation.

• Prepare credit reports with clear recommendations for loan approvals or rejections.

• Monitor and track loan performance, identifying early signs of risk.

• Support branch staff in understanding and adhering to credit policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of credit assessments and related documentation.

• Collaborate with management and other team members to improve credit evaluation processes.

• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all credit assessments.

Educational Requirements

• SHS Graduate or higher.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in evaluating financial information.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
