Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression

Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: SHS Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
