Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Experience Executive to serve as the first point of contact for patients and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout their visit. The successful candidate will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and uphold the clinic’s high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a friendly, professional first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support administrative tasks to enhance overall clinic operations.
• Uphold the clinic’s standards for exceptional customer service and patient care.

Required Qualifications & Requirements

• Must reside within or around Adenta, Madina, or Ashaley Botwe.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
