Role Purpose
The Customer Representative Personnel will create a welcoming and engaging environment for all customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about products and services.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and courteous approach.
Process orders, requests, and follow-ups with accuracy and attention to detail.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
