Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels
Build positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming service experience
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Use IT tools and social media platforms to support customer engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery

Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in customer service or a related role
Strong IT skills with a good understanding of digital tools
Social media–inclined and comfortable engaging customers online
