We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to support our operations in Tema.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering high-quality customer service. The role supports client onboarding, responds to inquiries, and assists with day-to-day customer service and administrative activities to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Officer will:
Welcome and attend to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
Support client registration, documentation, and record-keeping.
Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and files.
Support basic administrative and operational tasks as required.
Promote a positive image of the organization through excellent service delivery.
Work closely with team members to support daily office operations.

Education
