We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to support our operations in Tema.


Position Summary

The Customer Service Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering high-quality customer service. The role supports client onboarding, responds to inquiries, and assists with day-to-day customer service and administrative activities to ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Officer will:

  • Welcome and attend to clients in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.

  • Support client registration, documentation, and record-keeping.

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and files.

  • Support basic administrative and operational tasks as required.

  • Promote a positive image of the organization through excellent service delivery.

  • Work closely with team members to support daily office operations.


Required Qualifications and Eligibility

Education

  • Applicants should possess the necessary qualification relevant to customer service, business, or a related field.

    • Lashibi

    • Ashaiman

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Good verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work responsibly and handle customer information confidentially.

  • Basic administrative and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a micro-credit or financial services environment.
