Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience that reflects our brand values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective, timely resolutions
  • Process orders accurately and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Communicate product and service information clearly to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Uphold the company’s standards for customer experience at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in customer service or customer support
  • Excellent written and spoken English with clear and professional communication
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended hours when required
  • Willingness to work from the office 23 days per month
  • Availability to work on some weekends and public holidays
