Customer Service Representative

Location: Accra
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, customer engagement experience, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive and long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Process customer orders, requests, and follow-up activities accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer records and service documentation.
  • Meet and exceed customer service performance targets and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.

Educational Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant working experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong track record of achieving performance targets or quotas.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and effectively.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems is an advantage.
