We are seeking a friendly and solution-driven Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring positive service experiences through clear communication, timely responses, and effective problem resolution. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions across phone and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technical teams.

  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and service timelines.

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.

  • Engage customers through social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Support basic sales and follow-up activities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Represent the company positively in all customer interactions.

    Educational Qualifications & Experience

    • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

    • Ability to communicate in Twi or Ga is an added advantage.

    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is preferred.

    • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.

    • Comfortable using social media and digital communication tools for customer engagement.

    • Must be residing in Adenta, Accra, Greater Accra Region.

    • Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
