Job Purpose

The Customer Service Representative will provide outstanding customer support and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining product presentation standards, and supporting daily operational activities within a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented atmosphere while supporting the achievement of operational and customer satisfaction goals.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Support

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
  • Ensure customers enjoy a smooth and positive shopping experience.

Sales & Operational Support

  • Support daily store operations and maintain organized product displays.
  • Assist with stocking, replenishment, and inventory handling activities.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently where required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within assigned work areas.

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.
  • Support shift operations and contribute positively to team performance.
  • Adapt quickly to changing operational needs within a dynamic retail environment.

Compliance & Workplace Standards

  • Follow company operational procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability during all shifts.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling customer and company information.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Certificate of Good Character is required
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Ability to work shifts, including night shifts
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required by duty-free operations
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy items when necessary
