Job Summary

Epac Flexible Packaging is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Solutions Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally and create a welcoming, solution-oriented environment
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate product and service information
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate packaging solutions
• Manage customer orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
