Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and motivated Cyber Security & Technical Support Professionals to strengthen our IT operations, safeguard digital environments, and provide high-quality technical support. The successful candidates will monitor systems, respond to security incidents, support infrastructure stability, and contribute to continuous improvement of our cyber defense capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents across IT systems
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain and support Windows and/or Linux-based environments
  • Assist in system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Support security operations including threat detection and incident response
  • Contribute to SOC activities and SIEM monitoring where applicable
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and technical reports accurately
  • Support network infrastructure maintenance and operational stability
  • Collaborate with teams to implement cybersecurity best practices
  • Participate in shift-based operational support when required

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on technical and operational experience
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and network environments
  • Experience working with Windows and/or Linux environments
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

  • SOC operations experience
  • SIEM platforms
  • Incident response and threat intelligence
  • Digital forensics
  • System administration and network infrastructure
  • Technical support operations
  • Cyber engineering
  • Scripting and automation
  • Cloud and virtualization technologies
  • CSA accreditation

Certifications

Professional certifications in Cyber Security, Networking, or Systems Administration will be considered an added advantage.
