Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dairy Processing Operator/Technician to manage and oversee daily dairy production processes. The successful candidate will ensure efficient processing, maintain product quality, and support production goals through careful monitoring and control of all processing stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Ensure accurate production of dairy products, including milk, yogurt, cheese, and other derivatives
• Maintain consistent product quality, texture, and safety standards
• Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance to prevent malfunctions
• Record and maintain accurate production logs and batch documentation
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food quality protocols at all times
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to optimize efficiency and output
• Identify and report any operational issues or deviations from production standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, certificate, or degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field
• Experience in a dairy or ice cream manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Knowledge of dairy processing techniques and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
